Led by a founder with nearly two decades of experience across global healthcare companies, corporate finance, and enterprise systems, 32Labs is built by a team of more than a dozen engineers spanning the USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, and India.

Our engineers are graduates of the IIT, and other leading global engineering institutions, and former staff of global blue-chip firms, technology giants, and leading global consulting companies. Their backgrounds span enterprise banking, healthcare, life sciences, and public-sector AI.

The team includes published AI researchers, a contributor to one of the world's leading open-source voice AI frameworks, an internationally recognized AI ambassador and conference speaker, and engineers with more than two decades of experience building FDA-regulated and HIPAA-compliant systems for global medical technology companies.
