The team

Led by a founder with nearly two decades across global healthcare companies, corporate finance, and enterprise systems, and years running a healthcare revenue cycle management business with deep relationships across the profession, 32Labs is built by a hand-picked elite team of more than a dozen engineers, assembled from the strongest AI and healthcare engineering talent.

Our engineers come from the IITs, BITS Pilani, and leading global engineering institutions. They bring experience from a global enterprise software leader, global medical technology manufacturers, one of the world's largest life sciences testing and genomics networks, a top-tier global management consulting firm, a major European bank, a global cloud data platform company, and leading data and analytics firms. Their backgrounds span banking and payments, US healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, retail intelligence, and public-sector AI.

Their expertise covers autonomous multi-agent systems that execute real financial workflows end to end, durable execution that survives failure mid-transaction without double-paying or losing work, retrieval and knowledge systems grounded in verified domain data rather than scraped text, and real-time conversational AI. It extends to model evaluation and guardrail engineering, computer vision and document intelligence, multi-tenant architecture built to HIPAA-eligible standards from the first line of code, and integration engineering against practice management systems that were never designed to be integrated with.

The team includes a contributor to one of the world's leading open-source voice AI frameworks, engineers who have designed and shipped production multi-agent platforms for Fortune 50 enterprises and financial institutions, and engineers who have built enterprise AI copilots, model platforms and evaluation frameworks inside global software and consulting organizations. Our integration work is led by a US-based engineer with more than two decades in FDA-regulated and HIPAA-eligible medical technology systems, alongside an engineer with nearly fifteen years building enterprise laboratory and genomics platforms for the US operations of a global life sciences leader.

Our team also includes a global winner of the NASA Hackathon, where more than 4,000 participants from 132 countries competed.

Autonomous financial workflows Software that does not stop at recommending. It carries a financial transaction through end to end, acting on its own within defined limits, and escalating to a person where the stakes or the uncertainty demand it. Auditable by design Every decision recorded with its inputs, its reasoning and its outcome. Not logging bolted on afterwards, but a record built so any action taken months earlier can be reconstructed and defended. Real-time voice AI Speech recognition, model reasoning and speech synthesis chained tightly enough to hold a spoken conversation. Under roughly a second of round-trip latency is the threshold where a conversation stops feeling like a machine, and it is the hard part of the problem.
